The songstress, who is a former Weight Watchers spokesperson, admitted that she only became comfortable with her fit figure this past summer.
"It was a goal because I'm from Chicago. We don't really go to the beach or swimming. You know, it's too cold for all of that. I didn't even know we had beaches, but I was in Mexico and I made it a summer goal," the 33-year-old said.
"I didn't even know it was a bikini until I was reading the comments online," she confessed.
