The former Hollywood siren, 58, was captured carting her and husband Danny Elfman's 17-year-old son Oliver around the city in her silver luxury Land Rover.
Fonda was last photographed publicly in 2009 while attending the premiere of Tarantino's World War II epic Inglorious Basterds, having stepped out of the spotlight to focus on raising her son at the family's ranch in Santa Barbara.
