Essex Police have released images in connection with an attempted murder a pub in South Ockendon.
At around 10.20pm on Monday May 14th, four men entered The Archer pub in Garron Lane searching for a local man.
A firearm was discharged by one of the men in the car park as the intended victim fled the scene.
Officers investigating the incident are keen to trace the man pictured in the CCTV.
The man, thought to be in his early 20's, is described as white, around six feet tall and slim to medium build, with short dark hair.
Officers are also keen to identify and locate a small white or silver van, possibly a Ford Connect van which is believed to have been used during the course of the offence.
DCI Mark Hall of the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate, leading the investigation, said, "I am keen to identify and speak to this man and I would urge anyone with information to contact me at Brentwood on 101. Information received will be treated in confidence. The man should not be approached and if seen the public should call 999 immediately."

Following the offence, 43-year-old David Knight was charged with attempting to cause GBH with intent and possession of a firearm and has been remanded in custody until August 3rd.
Another man, aged 18 from Grays has been released on police bail until July 11 pending further enquiries.
