Police in Thrupp are continuing to investigate after a teenager was touched inappropriately in public.

The 13-year-old girl was at a bus stop on Spring Lane in the morning on Thursday October 18th when a man approached her and lifted her skirt. The girl then ran away. It was reported to police at 8.25am.

The man was described as white, around 25-years-old with a very muscular build. He had dark brown spiky hair, an earring at the top of one ear (a small hoop with a cross) and a tattoo on his neck that was partly visible above his top.

He was wearing a dark coloured ‘beanie’ hat, a green polo shirt, black hooded stop, dark coloured jogging trousers and white trainers with a green Nike tick on them. He was carrying a small black rucksack.

Anyone that recognises the man from this description or that has any information about the incident is asked to call Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting incident number 62 of October 18..
